Payment method for the participants of the 6th International Conference on Marketing 2018

Before making the payment for the 6th International Conference on Marketing 2018 please register online and select your registration fee.


Please adhere to the deadlines as it is vital for better arrangement. Both Presenters and Non-Presenters are required to register and pay their registration fee  by 10th August 2018.

We accept on a first come first serve basis as limited seats available. Please mark your calendar with the dates of importance and plan so that your activities take place well before deadlines in order to avoid unexpected work or travel conflicts, technical problems, in case you need assistance, or other delays

Available Payment Methods

  1. Online Payment System

Online payment system requires a delegate to an extra of 3% to the applicable registration fee as bank charges. This 3% will be automatically added to the applicable registration fee when you register.

Once you registered for the conference, you will receive an email with the invoice and a customized link. You should make the registration payment online using this link.

If you could not pay via the card?

Sometimes your attempts to pay for the conference using the online payment may fail. It usually happens due to the security processes of the banks. To avoid problems, it is important that you activate the card that you are using to handle foreign transactions. The procedure below may be useful to ensure that the payment be duly transferred:

1) Inform your card holding bank that your payment failed.

2) Inform the bank that you wish to perform an international payment through your card and request them to allow/ verify your card for international payments.

3) Confirm that the card has been verified and continue with the payment.

4) After you get the notification that the payment transaction was completed successfully, send a copy of the receipt for our reference.

The conference secretariat should receive the exact amount of registration fees. If not, the participant has to pay the balance due at the registration desk on the first day of the conference. This balance which is the international transaction cost may be between US$ 5 to $10.

  1. Onsite payments

If you have funding issues and other unavoidable circumstances you can pay onsite and register to the conference.

However please be noted you need to pay the highest registration fee when you pay on site. Furthermore you need to confirm your participation with your scanned copy of the Air ticket and passport together with accommodation confirmation receipt to reserve a slot at the Conference.

No show policy for Onsite payments

It is unacceptable for a participant to confirm his/her participation to the organizing committee by sending proof (copy of the air ticket), but fail to be available to present at the conference. In such a scenario, to comply with immigration requirements, conference organizers will take the following actions:

  1. Inform to the Embassy/ High Commission
  2. Inform to their University/Institute
  3. Add delegate’s name to No-benefits list

To avoid these actions please inform the organizers of your specific situation before close of conference. Also, you will have to pay half of the registration fee within 15 days post conference.

Funding and Visas

ICOM 2018 does not have funds available to pay for the registration or travel expenses for delegates. You are encouraged to begin planning for funding and visa arrangements at the earliest as the processes can sometimes take several months. We can provide support, if you need documents for applying for funding. Please contact our organizing committee for more details.
